Dear Box 15. I am considering purchasing the 1310 product. I wish to use this as a versatile table giving me multiple options. I think it could be used as follows: 1. Full extension giving seating for 5-6 people. 2. 2/3 extension - where AFTER being fully extended you only push the red clips and push the whole unit back. Thus leaving the leg down and only 2 out of the 3 leafs visible. This would be then approx 850mm in length as a table allowing 3-4 people to sit. 3. From closed you pull out the draw to reveal the table top. You do not unfold it and do not drop the leg. This then is a quick eating option for 1 person to sit and is approx. 450mm deep. It will also without the leg only support approx. 30kg, just like others you sell without legs (because the runners are the same construction and materials). Note: I realise you cannot be bound to 30kg as it is not tested for this - however an explanation of how the materials compare to those that have been tested would help. Am I right with my thought process of the possibilities of this product? Please also advise on product availability and lead time, and also the cost for the 600x1310 model Thank you
Hi David, We have updated the listing for these frames online - Just to clarify the XL (1310mm long) version of T-ABLE is not available from us with a top included - this would need to be added separately. Details for the sizes etc are on the updated instructions on the product page - under the technical data tab. With regards to your questions above we asked the factory and they said: This T-ABLE XL version is a totally different article (please look at the attached instruction sheet) from the actual T-able Version and is available from us but only in the version without the plane (the part number is the same of the T-ABLE but With a final X on the code to differentiate it from the “normal” version. With T-ABLE you can extend it fully (two extension, about 900 mm of plane available) and then, disengaging the red blocking Levers, push the table towards the cabinet until the plane is against the cabinet rear. In this position you have a partial extension Of about 450 mm, with the legs still down and a load capacity of 100 Kg. If you want, as suggested by your customer, it is absolutely possible to open the table just 450 mm leaving the extension folded and Not turning the leg to allow for a quick solution. In this case the load capacity of the system is of about 60 Kg like the “LUNCH” Version without the leg. I do hope everything is clear now, if you need more information on this do not hesitate to write me. I hope that helps answer your questions? Kind Regards, The BOX15 web team.
Do you have a hinge system available to make the cabinet drawer front fold down just like your product image?
no - I'm afraid that's a pretty standard piece of ironmongery and doesn't need to be a specialist part, so it's not something we sell. We leave it to the ironmonger and trades people who normally carry this sort of thing as routine. Any local ironmonger or DIY store should be able to help, or online somebody like IronmongeryDirect should be able to help. The only hinges we offer, are the hinges to enable the wooden tops to concertina on our pull out tables, as these are a little bit more specialist!
