Ordering Over Christmas & New Year | 2021
With Christmas and New year fast approaching, we wanted to let you know how orders and deliveries will be affected over the festive period.
The BOX15 sales office will close at 12:00 on Thursday 23rd of December and reopen at 08:30 on Tuesday 4th January 2022. Whilst the sales office will remain closed throughout this entire period and there will be nobody fielding phone calls or picking up live chats, our warehouse will remain open, intermittently sending out orders placed via www.box15.co.uk; as and when postal services allow.
For anyone requiring delivery before Christmas; the last day we are offering a next working day delivery service is midday on Wednesday 22nd December. After midday we cannot guarantee dispatch – but overnight orders will be prioritised over standard delivery orders. However, if we can get your order out, we will!
