What is the Crank Sit Stand Desk Frame?

The Crank Sit Stand Desk Frame is a stylish, modern height adjustable desk frame which can be raised from 611mm up to a maximum of 1111mm in height. It also has an adjustable frame width of 1160mm to 1760mm; meaning that it will suit any size table top! Perfect for home, office or home office use!

The height is easily raised/adjusted using a rotary handle, allowing users to adjust the desk to the perfect height, whether it be sitting or standing. This rotary mechanism also reduces the cost of the unit in comparison with regular electronic sit stand desks.

What are the benefits?

Multiple studies and on-going research have shown a range of physical and psychological improvements linked to the use of sit stand desks. There are also direct links showing improved productivity and creativity while using sit stand desks. Utilizing the sit stand mechanism can also help to relieve and prevent back pain. According to leading health organisations, back pain at work is one of the most common workplace injuries; although this covers everything from poor lifting technique to poor posture, evenly dividing your time between standing and sitting at your desk throughout the day could significantly reduce the chances of back and neck related aches and pains.
