Live Stock Figures Are Here

Dear BOX15 customers, we have some big and exciting news to share with you!

We’ve taken your feedback on board and have been working hard as a result to implement your suggestions and improve user experience. Subsequently, we’re pleased to announce that these new updates have now gone live! These updates will now make ordering through BOX15 a much easier and clearer process.

So, whats new?

Live Stock Figures

Listening to your feedback, it was clear to us that being able to see exact stock figures online was critical. As such, we’re delighted to confirm that this is now up and running; you can now see live stock figures for every product online.

This means that you can now check exactly how many pieces we’ve got in stock, of whatever colour / finish of every single one of our products!

This not only hugely advances BOX15‘s website but the development has also been shared with our sister company BPF’s website, across all their product ranges too.

Historically we’ve sold through multiple sales platforms which has always made real time stock figures difficult for our web developers to cater for, which listening to customer feedback – has  caused frustration for customers.  Thankfully this has now been overcome, meaning you can check live stock at the click of a mouse!

Part Shipping Options

We have also added the option at the checkout to have orders part dispatched, so we can send the in-stock parts in advance and the remaining balance to follow as soon as it’s available.

Furthermore, our site will now give customers the choice to have split deliveries. For instance – of you wanted to order more stock than we are currently showing on the shelf;  this will go on back order but you will have the option to have what is available part shipped, on an overnight service if necessary.

Visible Lead times

Further enhancements to our website, include approximate dispatch lead times for out-of-stock parts; so you know how long things will take.
