It is the most expensive 3-gang socket I ever hope to buy, however I confess I do love it. The only other slight negative is that the light is on permanently, not just when you pop it up, but it does light the rim and is a low wattage so isn't hugely significant.

Great product!
Definetly a talking point in the kitchen. Placed 3 in absolute black granite worktops, looks stunning!
If I'm being picky, the cream/white centre pop up buttons are a bit of a let down, wanted it in black. Only the non LED versions come in black.
Highly recommend nonetheless. Finishes off the perfect kitchen!

A really great product, looks very funky on the island in the kitchen, but would use in the Children's bedroom too. The LED light is a great and everyone wants to know what it is.. Would highly recommend.

Does item 201301107829 have 2 usb ports? If not which items do have 2 usb?
I've just physically checked some of the models we have boxed up on the shelf and I can confirm, all have 2 usb ports now.
What is the USB output current please? Is it 2.4amp between both as new phones require high output now. Thanks
Hello. The USB output for this unit is 2.1A. Kind regards, BOX15
Hi Urgent -please let me know when using pop up socket with flush fit adaptor: 1. Diameter of fixing ring/shoulder washer that screws up from underneath to secure the socket. 2. Depth of flush fit adapter that fits inside the 124mm diam. hole. Depth needed to below for the unit to fully retract. Thank you
Thanks for your questions but Number 1 is listed on the website in the description, I've copied and pasted that here : 1) 'Overall Diameter of Shoulder Washer that clamps under the worktop - 152mm (this can be reduced down to as much as 110mm, if trimmed)' 2) This depth of this ring is effectively irrelevant as there's no need to drill a rebated hole, everybody installing these just drills a 124mm hole all the way through because the should washer clamping from the underside eliminates any play.
Hi Thanks for quick reply to my previous question. One further query: The corian worktop is 30mm depth and sits on a cabinet top of 20mm depth giving 50mm in total. For flush fitting, can the corian worktop be drilled at 124mm diam but the cabinet top at only100mm diam. Or does the 124mm have to be drilled right through to 50mm depth. The fitters want to drill the cabinet at only 100mm diam. Is this OK. Thank you
We had this discussion yesterday and I confirmed that would be fine but I recommended maybe the cut underneath be 101mm just to be safe. Other than that, nothing has changed so yes - that should be fine. We've had customers use rebated holes before so it's no problem as long as all the other dimensional info that we publish on the site is respected.
I have the Milan pop up 3 gang LED+USB which is out of warranty I assume - purchased May 2018. The USB ports and the LED have stopped working but the sockets are fine. Is there a separate fuse for the LED&USB which may have gone or is there anything you can suggest to help please. Many thanks
Hello. We haven't actually had any reports of this issue before, and I'm afraid we don't do repairs for these and so the best thing would be to consult with an electrician who would be able to better assist. Kind regards, BOX15
